• Fish only within the boundaries of your chosen swim
• Bait boats are allowed if used responsibly and within your swim boundaries
• All fish over 40lb to be reported to the bailiff regardless of the time day or night
• No retaining of fish other than while setting up camera equipment
• Sick or injured fish to be reported to the bailiff as soon as possible
• Fishery Propolis carp care only to be used (Available on site)
• No heaters, kettles, microwaves or similar appliances to be used on the electric points. Charging only!
• No Fires
• No Littering. All rubbish must be taken home
• No Guns or Air Rifles
• No Swimming
• No Substance Abuse
• All BBQ's must be off the ground
• Please keep to the walkways and steps
• No night time visitors
• Take Away's to be met/collected from the car park or lay-by only
• Please leave the kitchen and toilets clean after use
• Minimum of 1 work party to be attended per year OR this can be forfeit for a £30 fee

Please note that there is now a yellow and red card system in place. Should anyone fail to follow the above rules they will be issued with a yellow card and 1 month ban. If the same person breaks any of the rules for a second time then it will be a red card and banned indefinitely without refund.
