Reedy

Reedy has a good expanse of water.

Both margins work well with the right approach.

Distances of 80 Yards/20 wraps and depths range from 10 ft to 14 ft.

Baiting little & often and sticking to your spots produce.

Reedy also supplies epic sunsets!

Windy

Windy is predominantly a tree lined swim.

When the sun is out in the afternoon the fish will always be held up down the treeline.

Distances of 60 yards/15 wraps. Depths range from 10ft to 14ft.

A bait boat is a must for this swim!

The Gate

Much the same as the point swim, dominated by the treeline.

Produces lots of fish very close to the margins.

Distances of 80 yards/20 wraps.

Bait boats are a must to maximise your chances of getting a bite.

John's Bar

John’s has a prominent plateau that produces fish.

This swim also has good margin form so don’t ignore!

Depths range from 10ft to 12ft.

Distances of 60 yards/ 15 wraps.

LH Centre Stage

Left Hand Centre Stage has a lot of water.

Features a gravel bar at distance but also, the left hand margin can produce.

Distances of 90 yards/22 wraps. Depths range from 12ft to 14ft.

Lots of bait!

RH Centre Stage

Much the same as the LH Stage.

Features a gravel bar at distance.

Distances of 90 yards/22 wraps. Depths range from 12ft to 14ft.

Lots of bait!

The Snug

Features little gullies and plateaus.

Baiting is key in this swim. Establish a good bed of bait and stick to the spots.

Distances of 80 yards/20 wraps.

Kingfisher's Retreat

Formerly known as Left hand Snags and was named for a reason!

There is an undercut snag around 35 yards out. Divers have been unable to identify what it is.

Max range is 60 yards, although this is never necessary in this swim. The margins tend to produce big fish.

Depths of 10ft to 14ft

The Robins Nest

Formerly known as the Right Hand Snag and was named for a reason!

There is a undercut snag around 35 yards out.

There is also a very prominent plateau to the right of the swim. we believe this to be rocks and gravel/aggregates left over from excavation.

Exactly the same distances of 60 yards maximum.

Depths from 10 ft to 14 ft.

Pheasant Pines

The reedy margins always produce big fish.

This swim also has the deepest water on the lake with depths of up to 19 ft.

The fish seem to congregate round the deep bowl.

Maximum range is 60 yards.

Lots of bait works well!

Stalking

This swim is only to be used during the day for stalking.

Only a very small area of water but has overhanging trees that the fish love to get into when there is pressure on the lake.

Depths range from 8ft to 11ft.

Royal Box

The Royal Box swim is very popular.

Close to the facilities and great for having a social.

Feature wise, depths range from 10 ft to 14 ft. Distances of 100 yard.

Finding any little prominent feature is a must!

Royal Box responds well to baiting little and often.

The Point

The point swim is dominated by an overhanging tree line.

This produces a lot of fish very close in to the margins!

The swim also has a lot of open water spots to 100 yards, these include gullies and small plateaus with average depths from 10 ft yo 14 ft.

Baiting is key in The Point – little and often. A bait boat is a must!
